Returns

Due to the nature of physical music products, we do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, minor cosmetic imperfections, or buyer’s remorse.
Returns are accepted only in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your CD arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email provided on the site.
Please include: your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging We will gladly send a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Signed Editions

Please note that Signed Editions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as each copy is individually hand-signed and prepared specifically for your order.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong product or your order is missing an item, contact us within 7 days, and we will correct the issue immediately.
